The HAT Design Works P418705 is a Thru-Desk Mounting Hardware Kit designed to convert the standard clamp mount of an E5 monitor arm into a thru-desk (bolt-through) configuration. This accessory allows for a more permanent and secure installation by mounting the arm through a hole in the desk surface rather than using a desk edge clamp. 

• Compatibility: Works exclusively with the HAT Design Works E5 series monitor arms.
• Worksurface Thickness: Fits desks between 1 inch and 1.85 inches thick.
• Function: Converts the E5 top-down mount to a thru-desk mount.
