The Topaz Serial Cable Kit (model number A-CSA4-3) can be used for two reasons:
- You own a signature pad model ending in "-B-R" and need a replacement y-cable (included in this kit).
- You own a signature pad model ending in "-BHSB-R" and wish to connect your pad serially rather than through USB.
Composed of two parts, the serial cable kit includes the items pictured at right: a y-cable and serial extension cable.
