ProClip 215981 Standard Duty Forklift Mount, 6 Inch Arm, 3.75 x 5.125 Inch Clamp. This Mount can angle, tilt, swivel and extend your holder/device for a better viewing position. The mount swivels 360 degrees horizontally and vertically. Extending 6 inches from the base, the face plate has an AMPS hole pattern to accommodate most holders, cradles, and mounts.
