Prices: (You will find us very reasonable)
- Warranty Repairs:
- Most items have 1 year warranty from the manufacturer
- Some items have a 3 year warranty
- The manufacturer does not pay us to repair warranty items
- If manufacturer is difficult to work with, we will interface for you
- If you are in a RUSH - Or we can repair it for a nominal charge
- We will let you decide
- Whether to send it to the manufacturer
- Or have us repair it for a fee
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
- Free Diagnostics
- NO CHARGE if we cannot repair it
- Parts cost + Labor $40/hour
- No Problem Found:
- If customer submits multiple units for cleaning and diagnostics and there is 'No problem Found' we reserve the right to charge a $50. fee.
